Young Planet Trekkers at InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort & Spa

InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort & Spa has introduced a contemporary menu inspired by different cuisines for its younger guests as part of an initiative by InterContinental Hotels & Resorts worldwide, creating a memorable and enriching culinary experience.

The new menu, rich with diverse flavours and tastes which children love, also offers the nutritional balance parents look for. All menu items have been tasted and tested by a panel of children from InterContinental’s signature kids’ club, Planet Trekkers, and have been given a seal of approval.

Featuring classics and more sophisticated combinations across four categories of small plates, scrumptious sides, big plates and desserts; this menu has a variety of options for both young foodies and fussy eaters alike.

“The menu is carefully designed by renowned nutritionists, Theo Randall and Annabel Karmel, and incorporates a balance to present a nutritional journey where children discover new cultures through their dining experience,” says Nicolas De Visch, Executive Chef at the InterContinental Fiji. “We source most of our ingredients locally to ensure that only the freshest meals are served.”

“We also recognise the importance of a healthy meal, and our chefs are meticulous in using less salt and oil in food preparation to preserve the nutritional value of each ingredient,” adds Chef De Visch.
