LATTE attended Ponant‘s Yacht Cruising & Expeditions presentation at L’Aqua in Cockle Bay Wharf on 7 May to hear about its exciting new itineraries for 2015/16.

With presentations from the Director of Sales, Steve McLaughlin, Expedition Manager, Mick Fogg, and Melanie Bernstein, Yacht Club Manager, guests were inspired by the visual presentation of thrilling destinations and alluring onboard experiences including gourmet French dining, all-inclusive beverages and spa facilities.

The evening highlighted the amazing destinations Ponant visits, enabling guests to explore a plethora of untouched beaches, view Arctic foxes in the Russian Far East or even catch glimpses of penguins on the sub-Antarctic island of South Georgia. Operating the youngest fleet of ships at sea (the average of the four is two years old; the oldest four) allows Ponant to take guests further without damaging precious environments, thanks to innovative design and their intimate size.

One of the key benefits of Ponant’s packages is that there is no additional costs for single occupancy cabins on many voyages – proving that anyone can enjoy the unique products on offer.
