On 23 July , 2015 Princess Cruises announced an exclusive partnership with respected restaurateur, bestselling author and television personality Chef Curtis Stone. Having begun his cooking career at 18 years-of-age, Melbourne-born Curtis had honed his skills at Michelin-starred restaurants in London, appeared on popular cooking programs and spread his wisdom with his six cookbooks.Princess Cruise’s new partnership is the latest strategy in improving on-board guest experiences. The cruise-line’s 18 ships will present three unique offerings by Chef Stone, including:
  • “Crafted by Curtis” menu items available in the main dining room across the entire fleet (which will debut in Australia on-board Golden Princess in October and be fleet-wide by the end of 2015)
  • A new specialty restaurant concept and menu designed by Curtis (which will debut in December aboard Emerald Princess and Ruby Princess, on specific cruises)
  • A special Chef’s Table by Curtis Stone experience (which will debut across the fleet at the beginning of 2016)
