On Monday 28 September LATTE was invited on board Abercrombie & Kent‘s private jet, newly arrived in Sydney, to experience a taste of its renowned luxury experiences in the air.Guests were met by Icelandic Air staff and sat with pilots in the cockpit, before testing out the lie-flat massage seats while sipping on Petersons sparkling wine. Part of the onboard staff is a private chef who caters for each guest’s dietary requirements and incorporates local cuisine and wines into the menu at each destination.Hors d’oeuvres of lobster tail with caviar, crab meat wrapped in cucumber, and duck with foie gras and camembert provided a glimpse into the chef’s culinary philosophy. Deliciously fresh strawberries were offered for dessert.A&K’s next two tours to depart will be Around the World with Geoffrey Kent by Private Jet: The Tropics to the Arctic and Cuba & South America by Private Jet. Both itineraries will be joined by A&K founder Geoffrey Kent for part of the way. Along the way, guests stay in luxury accommodation, enjoy the expertise of the finest local experts and relax with A&K’s exclusive Travelling Bell Boy Service, allowing guests to leave their packed bags in the room as they leave, to find them waiting inside their room at the next accommodation.www.abercrombiekent.com.au
