St. Barth is gearing up for the annual Taste of St. Barth Gourmet Festival, scheduled from 5 to 8 November. In celebration, Cheval Blanc St. Barth Isle de France will host Chef Alezandre Mazzia who opened his restaurant AM in Marseille in June 2014.In partnership with the property’s chef Yann Vinsot, Mazzia will offer a limited edition dinner menu made of what he likes to call ‘spoon shots’ inspired by the season’s best produce.Guests will also enjoy:
  • A limited edition cocktail menu inspired by the flavours of Provence
  • An outdoor screening of Méditerranée, notre mer à tous, directed by Yann Arthus-Bertrand.
  • Marseillaise wine and cocktail classes
  • A pop-up beachside Petanque court
  • Special guest amenities
