This holiday season, the Hyatt Regency Hong Kong’s Tsim Sha Tsui will host a festive buffet filled with a selection of delicacies for guests.Highlights of the festive dinner buffet (held on the 24 and 25 December) and New Years Eve count down party & dinner buffet on 31 December include:
  • Festive delicacies: Roasted turkey, roasted ribs and honey glazed pineapple bone ham
  • Seafood delicacies: Lobster, crab leg, king prawn, crab, fish roe, sea whelk, mussel, Alaskan king crab leg*
  • Japanese delicacies: Sashimi: scallop, Argentinean red shrimp; teppanyaki: beef, foie gras and teriyaki scallops; others: urchin sushi, kabayaki eel sushi, soft-shell crab maki roll and toro sushi
  • Western delicacies: Grilled items: garlic-butter lobster, prawn, sirloin steak, lamb shortloin, crab leg; others: white-wine black mussels and seafood paella
  • Chinese delicacies: Wok-fried lobster, wok-fried prawns, wok-fried razor clams and steamed fresh sea garoupa
  • Christmas desserts: Christmas pudding with brandy sauce, Christmas marzipan stollen, log cake, mince pie, pecan pie, panettone, Christmas trifle and gingerbread crème brûlée
  • Desserts delicacies: Vanilla mille-feuille, Black Forest roulade, croquembouche, pistachio-mango cake, Chocolate-eggnog cake and raspberry-amaretto cake
*Only available during New Year’s Eve countdown party & dinner buffet 8:30pm – 12:30am.
