Our aim is to make an already emotional situation easier by providing the AccorHotels hospitality to those who need it most while helping them focus their energies on getting better.”Cancer Council NSW CEO, Jim L’Estrange said, “It’s fantastic to be able to strengthen our pre-existing support services by adding this exciting new initiative with AccorHotels. This unique service will provide cancer patients with more than just a room when they travel for treatment. We have worked closely with AccorHotels to include Cancer Council’s specialist information and support packs in each room, with the aim to further ease the burden and stress cancer patients can face when travel away from home for treatment.”AccorHotels will also be assisting in providing meals that are suitable for patients when they are staying at a participating hotel while going through treatment.
