Dusit Thani Guam Resort is celebrating the second phase of its opening with the launch of its luxurious new Devarana Spa and Thai restaurant Soi, with its Guam Convention Centre scheduled to open in late November. The Devarana Spa at the 30-floor Dusit Thani Guam Resort, which features 419 deluxe rooms and suites and enjoyed its soft opening on the Western Pacific island of Guam in June, has ten deluxe treatment rooms and suites, including an indulgent couple’s suite. The spa offers the full-range of Dusit’s signature Devarana Spa treatments along with a few special selections created exclusively for Guam such as the Tumon Bay Moon Ritual and Chamorro Inspired Massage. It also offers hydro-jet massage pool; hot and cold plunge pools; hot rock slab; a Himalayan rock salt meditation room and Dusit’s signature Thai stylings, all backed by a state of the art Fitness Centre and an outdoor swimming pool. From early 2016 spa guests will also be able to enjoy the adjacent Onsen areas and Onsen style shower before and after their treatments.Meanwhile the casual bistro style Soi, open nightly for dinner from 18:00-22:00, offers up Thai street food with a modern twist and also features a private dining room catering to parties up to 12 people.Devarana Spa Guam manager Thanyathorn Khosinthanaphat said: “The Spa has a strong emphasis on pampering and wellness, transporting guests into a world of total relaxation.“We draw on authentic Thai healing therapies and western disciplines to offer a host of ‘east meets west’ treatments using world class products, fresh herbs and indigenous ingredients on Guam.”
