Crown Events & Conferences showcased its range of innovative MICE offerings, hosting capabilities and luxury across Melbourne and Perth, cementing its reputation as industry leaders, at the 2016 Asia-Pacific Meetings Expo (AIME) on 23 to 24 February 2016.At AIME, Crown unveiled its newest jewel, Crown Towers Perth. Set to open in early 2017, Crown Towers Perth will boast exciting new event spaces, including The Great Lawn with its expansive lawn area and stunning city views. The highly anticipated opening of Crown Towers Perth will take Perth’s MICE offering to the next level, showcasing world-class designs and an array of resort facilities, dining and boutique shopping.An exciting aspect of the development opening next year will be an additional ballroom that can accommodate 1300 guests in sit down formation. Bright and detailed event spaces combined with state of the art features and signature Crown customer service combine to provide an elite business destination at Crown Perth.In 2015 Melbourne continued to refine its MICE offerings, finessing the finest options for corporate events, including exclusive culinary options from celebrity restaurateur Guillaume Brahimi. Brahimi uses his culinary passion and expertise to create premium banquet menus for events and conferences. Crown’s culinary excellence has now been further cemented by its association with internationally acclaimed chef, Heston Blumenthal. Blumenthal brought his celebrated restaurant, The Fat Duck, to Crown for a successful pop up stay in 2015, followed by the establishment of Dinner by Heston, yet another drawcard for the MICE market.
