Pan Pacific Hotels Group welcomed key clients at a spectacular banquet dinner as part of AIME 2016, where Australian pop music legend Daryl Braithwaite, best known for his No.1 hits ‘The Horses’ and ‘You’re My World’, kept the night alive with an electric atmosphere of music and dance.Held on the water’s edge at Albert Park Lake in Melbourne, the event was attended by 120 guests from companies including Qantas, Visy, Siemens, Flight Centre, American Express, Singapore Tourism Board and Malaysian Convention Bureau. Guests were treated to a three-course dinner featuring seasonal and regional produce accompanied by premium Australian and international wines, beer and cider. Courses included braised octopus with skordalia; Nordic-style salmon with coastal greens and lemon vodka gel; grilled beef fillet with cipolline soubise and plum wine jus; coconut and five spice chicken breast with mango and herb salad; and a peanut butter ice-cream with peanut snow and salted-caramel praline.
