Oetker Collection has announced Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten as restaurant partner at the Palácio Tangará, the latest masterpiece in the collection due to open in São Paulo in the northern spring of 2017.Jean-Georges Vongerichten, who has led a stellar career in Michelin-starred kitchens, owns and operates over 30 restaurants worldwide in cities such as New York and Paris, Shanghai and Tokyo. The partnership with Oetker Collection at Palácio Tangará will be his first venture in South America. Jean-Georges will be taking care of all the food and beverage for the hotel including the Restaurant Tangará, the Park Lounge & Terrace, room service and banquet facilities.The appointment of Jean-Georges follows a successful partnership between Oetker Collection and Jean-Georges at Eden Rock St Barths.
