Dream Cruises, the first-ever Asian luxury cruise line, has introduced its all-new ‘Dream Butler’ service with a special personal butler showcase at ILTM Asia.Guest protocol, etiquette, body language, food and beverage expertise, wine and spirits knowledge, valet and personalised guest services were among the specialised skill-sets being demonstrated to visitors, all essential prerequisites required of a Dream Butler.On call 24 hours a day, Dream Butlers will meet the needs of the most discerning guests by packing and unpacking, perfectly pressing garments and shining shoes. They will also arrange priority spa, dining and excursion reservations. Afternoon tea, dinner or cocktails will be graciously served in guest suites, and room service can be delivered from any restaurant on board by the Dream Butlers.The highly personalised European-style butler service will be available as part of the Dream Mansion experience on board Genting Dream, the inaugural ship of Dream Cruises, which is currently undergoing fit-out at shipbuilders Meyer Werft in Papenburg, Germany, before entering service from her homeport of Guangzhou (Nansha) in November 2016.Dream Mansion is a unique ship-within-a-ship enclave of exclusivity and style, where 142 suites offer dedicated butler services as one of its unique features, together with a bespoke array of special guest experiences.
