The Venetian Macao and The Parisian Macao have become InterContinental Alliance Resorts, effective immediately, under a new agreement between InterContinental Hotel Group (IHG) and Sands China.The Londoner Hotel in Macao, scheduled to join the alliance when it debuts in 2020, will also join the alliance. It is being renovated from the current Holiday Inn Macao Cotai Central.The Venetian Macao The Venetian MacaoIHG and The Venetian Resort Las Vegas – the first-ever InterContinental Alliance Resort that launched in 2010 – also announced the long-term extension of their alliance until 2027.Guests across the five luxury properties, which include approximately 13,000 luxury hotel rooms and suites, will be able to earn IHG Rewards Club points and redeem them for stays at more than 5,600 IHG hotels worldwide.InterContinental Alliance Resorts are aligned with the spirit of the InterContinental Hotels & Resorts brand and complement IHG’s expanding luxury portfolio globally.Lead image: The Parisian Macao
