MSC Cruises to deploy MSC Armonia to Ocean Cay

MSC Cruises has confirmed MSC Armonia will make her maiden call at the cruise company’s Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve in the Caribbean on 17 November 2019, not long after the new destination opens. MSC Armonia will visit the exclusive natural island destination every week, as well as other ports across the Western Caribbean.Snorkelling tours, scuba diving, stand up paddle boarding and kayaking are among the outdoor activities that MSC Armonia’s more adventurous guests will be able to enjoy at Ocean Cay. Those seeking a more relaxing experience will have eight white sandy beaches to choose from, as well as a new luxurious spa concept and countless other options. Bimini Beach, Ocean CayAs with other MSC Cruises ships in the Caribbean, MSC Armonia will stay at berth from 9am to 11pm, allowing guests to make the most of their time on the island, enjoy stunning sunsets by the iconic lighthouse.The ship will also visit other gems across the Western Caribbean, in Jamaica, Mexico, the Cayman Islands and beyond. Port calls include Ocho Rios, Montego Bay, Falmouth, Costa Maya, George Town and Key West.From November 2019 to April 2020, MSC Armonia will depart on one-weekly cruises from Miami every Monday, moving to a Sunday departure from April to November 2020.MSC Armonia is scheduled to go enter another dry dock at the Bahamas’ Grand Bahama Shipyard on 18 November, before resuming operation on 9 December from Miami.For more information and bookings from November 2019 through April 2020, see msccruises.com.au
