Uniworld Boutique River Cruise Collection hosted key agents for an evening of celebration at the Deckhouse in Woolwich last Friday in Sydney.Reflecting Uniworld’s impeccable service, the evening began in style with guests starting the “night of nights” by boarding a vintage Sydney ferry, which transported them to the exclusive secret location. Uniworld’s President & CEO, Ellen Bettridge, was in Sydney to host the evening.
The evening occasion concluded a busy visit to Australia for Bettridge, who earlier in the week, revealed Uniworld’s collection of four new super ships, and an innovative partnership with Golden Eagle Luxury Trains. This partnership enables guests to combine itineraries onboard the S.S. La Venezia, with a chartered journey from Venice or Milan to Zurich (or in reverse).Bettridge thanked guests for their continued support, and expressed that Uniworld wants to continue elevating the brand and provide them with the absolute best.To help celebrates the 100-year anniversary of Uniworld’s parent company, The Travel Corporation, it was also revealed that agents would receive a $500 booking bonus for every passenger booked before 31 March 2020.In addition to the uncapped incentive, Uniworld unveiled a new trade partnership program called Alchemy, which has been designed to support and reward the cruise line’s top agents around Australia. Alchemy agents will have priority access to Uniworld reservations, local area marketing funds, stateroom upgrades for industry rates, and an opportunity to join a famil to experience the S.S. La Venezia in Italy in November.Following the announcements, agents had the opportunity to speak with Bettridge before dancing the night away to a live roaming band, which concluded a wonderful evening of recognition and celebration.Lead image: Uniworld’s Global CEO Ellen Bettridge with the cruise line’s new management team in Australia.
