A new booking portal designed exclusively for Australian and New Zealand agents has been launched by arctic cruise expedition experts, Hurtigruten.Offering a seamless, user-friendly booking experience and an engaging resource and learning centre, the new Hurtigruten Agent Portal is part of Hurtigruten’s ongoing commitment to providing industry-leading, streamlined and efficient tools for managing all sales activities.“The development of our state-of-the-art portal has been a focus for us since we launched our new Australian office last year,” said Damian Perry, Managing Director Hurtigruten Asia Pacific. “The travel agent community is so important to our business, and our new portal will provide them with a robust, user-friendly resource for learning, planning, booking and promoting the wonderful experiences Hurtigruten has to offer their clients.”
The enhanced platform provides a single location for all travel agent engagement, where users can access key brand and sales promotion information, find essential marketing materials, and manage all itinerary planning and bookings in the one location.The Hurtigruten portal also features easy to use navigation panes, step-by-step “how-to” videos, convenient cruise locator functions and much more.
