Bulgari Hotels & Resorts will raise its flag in the United States for the first time in 2024, with the swanky hotel brand to lay down roots on Miami Beach’s ocean front.Bulgari Hotel Miami Beach will be the brand’s 11th hotel globally and its maiden property in the Americas.Bulgari Hotels & Resorts’ expansion into the Americas follows on from the recent announcement of a new property in Rome, flagged to debut in 2022.

The collection already includes six assets in Milan, London, Dubai, Shanghai, Beijing and Bali. Further developments are under construction in Paris (open in 2021), Moscow and Rome (2022) and Tokyo (2023).
Bulgari Hotel Miami Beach will be located at 100 21st street, offering direct ocean front access to guests.The site was previously occupied by the budget Seagull Hotel Miami Beach (formerly Miami Beach Days Inn). It is positioned nearby to the W South Beach and the Setai Miami Beach.Channeling Old Hollywood glamour and signature Bulgari style, the 100-room Hotel will be just a short walk from Ocean Drive, the Art Deco district and the beach.The building hosting the Bulgari Hotel Miami Beach was originally designed as hotel by Miami architect Albert Anis in the late 1950s as part of the Miami Modern movement in Miami Beach. It’s a contributing building located in the National Register Architectural District.

We are convinced that the Bulgari Hotel Miami Beach, to be opened in 2024, will represent an irresistible Roman Jeweler Hospitality, a unique ultra luxury experience in the American upscale hotel market.”The design project will be curated, like all the other Bulgari Hotels, by the Milanese architectural firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel. Most guestrooms will be suites, and a full range of luxury facilities including an outdoor swimming pool, a large spa and fitness centre, and a Bulgari restaurant and bar both curated by Italian three-Michelin-star chef Niko Romito, will be included.
