On the cusp of launching its first commercial passenger carrying services, Virgin Voyages has unveiled details of a new VIP group for guests who cruise with the company in 2021.Virgin Voyages has dubbed those who sail this year with the start-up cruise line as a “Sea-Blazer” and those sailors will be part of a “once-in-a-lifetime group”.“As a Sea-Blazer, you’ll be part of a group of Sailors who will help us turn our already gorgeous sailing experience into an unmatched and transformative way to explore the world. And in doing so, if you’re up for giving us a quick bit of feedback that will help shape our future, you’ll be rewarded with unrivalled perks in your future,” the cruise line said.

Members of Virgin Voyages’ Sea-Blazers Program will receive the following benefits on future sailings;
  • An extra US$125 when they purchase a US$300 pre-paid bar tab — a promotion that will never expire
  • US$300 off their next sailing in 2022
  • An exclusive, limited-run welcome gift
The Sea-Blazers Program is also available to travel partners (or “First Mates” as Virgin calls them), including tour operators.Qualifying voyages include Scarlet Lady sailings departing 5 August 2021 through 29 December 2021. Sailors on 2021 charter voyages, 2021 “Friends & Family” voyages, and who travel on deeply discounted fares in 2021 are not eligible.“After a year and a half of getting ready, we’re thrilled to set sail with new faces on new horizons — fulfilling the dreams of our Sailors, our Crew, and our collective communities.
