Hilton’s Conrad Hotels & Resorts has signed its first property in California as part of a new, mixed-use development dubbed “The Grand LA”, located in downtown Los Angeles.The 28-storey Conrad Los Angeles will feature 305 rooms, a spa, an elevated indoor/outdoor lobby with views of Walt Disney Concert Hall, and a rooftop terrace with a private pool deck that overlooks downtown LA.Aside from the luxury hotel accommodation, The Grand LA will also feature a residential tower, a public plaza, open terraces to host live concerts, as well as a new dining and shopping precinct.
