Marriott International is expecting to welcome dual new luxury hotels in Saudi Arabia in 2022 within its St. Regis and EDITION hotels collections.The St. Regis Riyadh and The Jeddah EDITION are expected to further enhance Marriott International’s footprint across the Kingdom where it currently has a portfolio of over 30 properties with more than 9,000 rooms across ten of its brands.Under a new partnership with Sela Sport Company, The St. Regis Riyadh will be located at the entrance of the Diplomatic Quarter, close to the city’s embassies and central business district. The Jeddah EDITION will be situated on the corniche of Jeddah and close to the new Jeddah Corniche Circuit.

The St. Regis Riyadh is expected to feature 83 guestrooms including 23 suites, along with two signature restaurants, pool, fitness centre and spa. The property will feature the brand’s signature hallmarks and traditions, including its bespoke Butler service and avant-garde style. The property will be a key part of ‘Via Riyadh’, a luxury mixed-use development with retail and entertainment outlets, located in the main zone of the Riyadh Season.ation and will be part of the city’s vibrant celebrations and events during Jeddah Season.”The Jeddah EDITION will be comprised of 63 guestrooms, and will be situated in the new Jeddah Yacht Club & Marina, which soft launched during the recent Formula One Grand Prix. The soon to open hotel is expected to feature a signature restaurant, lounge bar, rooftop bar, penthouse terrace, spa, fitness centre, and an indoor and outdoor pool. According to the Jeddah Yacht Club & Marina’s website, the five-star hotel will offer “serene” views of the marina and the Red Sea.

While The Jeddah EDITION will be perfectly located in the Jeddah Yacht Club and Marina, Jeddah’s most anticipated destination and will be part of the city’s vibrant celebrations and events during Jeddah Season.”
