Virtuoso has today appointed Nikki Glading to the role of Account Director, Partner Relations for Australia and New Zealand.

Glading’s appointment to the position comes after an extensive search, at a time when Virtuoso members and partners are experiencing record booking months following the surge in demand for experiential and luxury travel.

She will be tapping into her broad skillset covering commercial negotiation and sales generation to work closely with Virtuoso’s preferred partners regionally and globally to set the strategic direction for 2023 and beyond.
Gladings will leverage her deep cruise knowledge to support Virtuoso’s in-region cruise partners to grow the high-value Australian and New Zealand cruise market.

Fiona Dalton, General Manager Australia, and New Zealand, said: “Now that the recovery is in full swing, we continue to build our team by investing in talented and experienced resources to support Virtuoso’s partnerships within the region. Nikki’s appointment is no exception.

“Nikki will be integral to the future success of our members, our partners, Virtuoso and most importantly, the Virtuoso high-value traveller.

“We are so delighted to welcome Nikki to our team,” Dalton said.

Glading’s appointment comes after previous roles as National Sales Manager for Seabourn and Holland America Line for more than three years, and an extensive background in retail operations and cruise wholesale with Flight Centre Travel Group.

Meanwhile, Anna Davies has this week returned from maternity leave as Virtuoso’s Account Director Member Relations, and will work alongside Michele Duncan in the same capacity.
