Guests enjoyed an oyster bar with seafood inspired by the South of France, locally sourced, and food stations included carvery, grazing table, dessert and crepe stations, all inspired by French cuisine.Key Accor partners AIX Rose, Archie Rose, Veuve Clicquot and Joval Wines ensured that guests’ glasses were filled, as they ate, drank, networked and enjoyed the entertainment and spectacular light show provided by Encore. The event was perfectly timed with the recent launch announcement of Accor’s newest brand, Handwritten Collection, with its first property, Wonil Hotel, Perth on Monday 30 January, and the second property, Hotel Morris in Pitt St Sydney opening soon. The even precedes AIME, Australia’s leading MICE event, taking place in MCEC 13-15 February 2023, where Accor will have a huge presence this year.
