Oceania Cruises hosted a group of its leading travel advisors on the Gold Coast to a VIP lunch alongside ‘The Wine Man’, Peter Bourne, last week.The cruise line replicated the 6-course Connoisseur Wine Pairing experience which will debut aboard Vista, in May 2023.Connoisseur Wine Pairing Lunches will be another addition to Vista with two carefully crafted epicurean journeys from which to choose. Menus include five different Mediterranean influenced dishes paired with a premium range of wines. The head sommelier along with bar, restaurant and galley teams, will explain each course pairing concept and their flavour profiles.
