Celebrating the start of a brand-new financial year ahead of ILTM Asia Pacific this week, the Luxury Travel Collection‘s independent brand group was treated to an exquisite dining ‘expedition’ event at Raffles Hotel, Singapore by Hurtigruten & HX (Hurtigruten Expedition).Hosted by Damian Perry, Managing Director, APAC, Hurtigruten & HX, the spectacular experience was held at Raffles’ feted fine dining establishment, Yì. Yì, or ‘art’ in Chinese Mandarin, is the masterstroke dining creation of Jereme Leung, one of the most influential chefs in the modern Chinese culinary movement, with guests enjoying Chef Leung’s Exclusive Selections Set Menu.
