Collette has named Narelle Riley as its Director of Marketing in Australia Reporting directly to Karen Deveson, Managing Director of Collette’s Australian office, Riley will play a crucial role in driving brand growth and engagement.With more than 25 years of marketing experience, including more than 8 years in the travel and tourism industry, Riley brings a wealth of expertise to Collette. Her background spans agency and client-side roles, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of marketing strategies and execution. Riley’s leadership as Marketing Director at P&O led to a prestigious Effie award, showcasing her ability to build high performing teams and achieve exceptional results. Other roles included General Manager at GTI on a six-month contract and at Trafalgar for 12 months in 2016.

Throughout her career, Riley has successfully implemented customer acquisition strategies, loyalty programs, and innovative marketing initiatives, showcasing her strategic mindset and creative flair.
