Dubai-based property developer DAMAC Properties will venture into the world of aviation with the launch of luxury airline DAMAC Air.Although no firm date has been given for the start of its services, the newcomer has revealed that it will offer high-end vacations in destinations that include Bali, the Maldives, Hawaii, the Seychelles, Fiji and Bora Bora.According to its website, it will “redefine luxury travel”. “We offer unparalleled journeys capturing the essence of the world’s most coveted tropical paradises,” it said.“DAMAC Air is more than travel; it’s a lifestyle blending exotic thrills with home comforts. We’re not just changing how you vacation; we’re transforming how you live. Welcome to a new era of luxury, where dream getaways await.”While there is not a great deal of information available at this stage about the new offering, the airline posted a video on YouTube last week highlighting career opportunities with DAMAC Air as it prepares for take-off.The company is also running a competition to win a trip on its website now.
