Another key highlight of this expedition is the opportunity to refine photography skills under the guidance of renowned wildlife photographer Paul Goldstein. With more than three decades of experience and numerous awards, including the 2024 Black & White category in the Nature Photographer of the Year Awards, Goldstein brings an energetic and dynamic approach to his photography workshops.“Of all the expeditions I’ve led over the past 23 years, my two Emperor quests with Quark remain the most memorable,” he said. “The Weddell Sea and Snow Hill Island is the most captivating wilderness I’ve encountered.”In addition to photography, guests will explore Antarctica’s stunning landscapes, visiting Adélie penguin colonies and seeking out marine mammals.Equipped with two onboard helicopters, Ultramarine offers unparalleled access to the continent, providing stunning views of the iceberg-choked wilderness from sea, air, and land.
