Under this revised policy, advisors will now receive their commissions 50 days before departure for cruises under 40 nights, and 90 days prior for longer voyages, provided the bookings are fully paid and fall within the cancellation penalty period.

For bookings made with Crystal’s 20% Explorer Fare, commissions will be paid within 30 days of the final payment.

“Travel advisors are at the heart of our success, and we recognize the importance of providing them with the financial support they deserve — faster,” Crystal Senior Vice President of Trade Sales Americas UK & EMEA Matias Lira said.

This updated commission payment policy will also apply retroactively to existing qualifying bookings. Standard bookings will see payments processed within 30 days, while

Explorer Fare bookings meeting the criteria will be paid in the coming months.

Advisors seeking more information can reach out to their Crystal representative or visit the cruise line’s travel advisor portal.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1610931995138{margin-bottom: 10px !important;}”][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1610931970624{margin-bottom: 10px !important;}”]Subscribe to LATTE Cruise’s free eNewsletter to keep up to date with everything in the luxury cruise space.[/vc_column_text][vc_separator][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1579214156361{margin-bottom: 10px !important;}”]
