Bookings have opened for Mondrian Gold Coast ahead of its June launch when it will usher in a new era of lifestyle luxury for the Gold Coast as Mondrian’s first hotel in Australia.Located just steps from iconic Burleigh Beach, the property “redefines coastal luxury,” offering an “authentic connection to the Southern Gold Coast region, which is known for its laid-back charm, vibrant dining, and natural beauty.With 208 rooms, including 132 Studios, 76 Suites, and an array of exclusive Beach Houses and the ultra-luxurious Sky House, the hotel boasts accommodation twice the size of the average hotel room in Australia, according to Mondrian. Each space offers sweeping views of either the Pacific Ocean, lush hinterland, or Burleigh headland.

At the heart of the hotel’s social scene is LiTO, described as “the heartbeat of Italian life on Burleigh’s shores.” Guests can expect coastal Italian flavours, live music, and an atmosphere perfect for “feasting and celebrating.” Meanwhile, Haven on the third floor will serve up fresh wood-fired seafood, curated cocktails, and poolside lounging inspired by the world’s best beach clubs.For an elevated experience, the Sky House on the 24th floor offers sweeping views stretching from South Stradbroke Island to Burleigh Headland, complete with a private chef’s kitchen, mixologist-ready bar, and five-metre-high windows.Mondrian Gold Coast will also embrace wellness with CIEL Spa, which offers “research-driven” bio-wellness treatments and a 24/7 fitness centre.Rates start from $749 in a Studio King.I am text block.
