Singapore icon Marina Bay Sands has reached a major milestone in its US$1.75 billion transformation, as it unveiled its newly renovated hotel rooms and expanded its suite inventory to 775 – up from 180 before the revamp. The launch of its full inventory of approximately 1,850 rooms comes as the integrated resort celebrates two major achievements: its 15th anniversary and the welcome of its 500 millionth visitor. “This development follows dual celebrations at the integrated resort,” the company said. The extensive renovations include the complete refresh of The Sands Collection, a 1,480-room offering designed as “an urban sanctuary in the heart of the city”. The collection ranges from the Sands Premier Room to the family-centric Sands Family Suite, catering to diverse guest needs. Guests also benefit from dedicated support via a Premium Services team, ensuring a smooth and personalised experience throughout their stay.

Also relaunched is The Paiza Collection, a 370-unit offering of ultra-luxurious suites. Standouts include the three- to four-bedroom Chairman Suite, featuring a 146” television, karaoke system, and fully equipped kitchen; the Presidential Suite with a state-of-the-art golf simulator; and the spa-inspired Horizon Suite, which includes a Himalayan salt wall and private gym. “Guests receive round-the-clock service from a 160-strong Butler Services team – one of the largest butler teams in the world,” the resort said.Looking ahead, the transformation continues with the opening of Jin Ting Wan, an authentic Cantonese restaurant, in July. That will be followed by the refurbishment of LAVO Italian Restaurant & Rooftop Bar and enhancements to the resort’s lobby and spa.More updates on the reinvestment programme will be shared in the coming months.
