The search is on for a new Head of Sales of Collette Australia as David Farrar transitions into the newly created role of Sales Engagement Manager, Australia.Farrar, who has held the Head of Sales position for nearly three years, will transition into the new role in August.“This decision comes from David’s desire to travel a little less, focus a little more on health, and spend more time with his family – priorities we wholeheartedly support,” Collette Managing Director Karen Deveson said.
“David’s impact on our team and the footprint he has created for Collette in Australia, cannot be overstated. We are set up with a fantastic trajectory, and while we will miss having him in the Head of Sales role, we are incredibly excited for this next phase of his journey.”
In his new role, Farrar will represent Collette at industry conferences and trade shows while also becoming the figurehead of the Collette Travel Agent Network (TAN) hosting webinars and industry updates on that channel.“I feel very lucky to be able to reset some lifestyle priorities and yet stay working for a company I love. We have established a great team, and I look forward to supporting the new Head of Sales in taking the business to even greater heights,” Farrar said.
