Halekulani in Waikiki, Hawaii unveiled two new Premier Suites—The Bungalow and The Penthouse—available to book for USD $5,000 a night. With the introduction of these two suites, the hotel’s collection of Premier Suites now totals five.

The Bungalow

Designed by New York firm Champalimaud, The Bungalow pays homage to the original bungalows that defined the hotel in the early 1900s. Inspired by the Arts and Crafts movement, the foyer and lanai sport hand-blown glass sconces and custom trellis woodwork covered in vining plants. Throughout the suite guests will find artworks from local ceramicist Christopher Edwards.Good to know: The suite offers direct access to Halekulani’s signature Orchid pool, complete with a private patio and cabana.

The Penthouse

With mid-century Hawaiian design, The Penthouse has expansive living spaces and a wraparound lanai with ocean views. Vintage art pieces from Honolulu antique shop Hound & Quail decorate the space. Guests will also find a retro record player and a vinyl collection. Additional amenities include a private tiki bar (and personal mixologist) and an outdoor entertainment area that accommodates up to 12 guests.The Bungalow and The Penthouse join the hotel’s existing collection of Premier Suites—the Royal Suite, Orchid Suite and Halekulani Suite, designed by Vera Wang. These accommodations all provide a dedicated personal butler, private round-trip SUV transfers, in-room guest registration, private kitchen facilities with a complete bar, and complimentary daily breakfast.
