Aman Group has welcomed seasoned hospitality professional Guenter H Gebhard as its new Managing Director APAC.Gebhard brings with him more than two decades of leadership in global luxury hospitality, most recently as Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts Saudi-based Regional Vice President and General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh.“Guenter is taking on the role of Managing Director with a vision of fostering a culture of empowerment, innovating guest engagement and aligning luxury experiences with sustainable practices,” an Aman statement said. “We wish Guenter much success in his new role.”
In his new role, Gebhard will be based in Bangkok, Thailand. His mandate is to: “Provide strategic and operational leadership across Aman’s Asia Pacific portfolio, elevating brand performance, guest experience and sustainable growth. Oversee multiple ultra-luxury properties and development projects while upholding the brand’s legacy of cultural integrity and service excellence.”Meanwhile Gebhard shared a few words around his leadership style. “Clarity between vision and execution drives everything,” he said.“Strategy becomes effective only when people understand it, believe in it and take ownership.
