Twenty of TravelManagers’ top-performing personal travel managers (PTMs) were carefully selected to represent the brand at the recent 2025 ILTM Asia Pacific luxury travel trade show, held at the prestigious Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre in Singapore. The event, which kicked off on 29 June, brought together more than 650 high-calibre luxury travel specialists from around the world. For the chosen PTMs, the invitation was a testament to their strong track records within the Signature Travel Network luxury travel program. With a rigorous schedule of fifteen-minute, one-on-one appointments across three days, the PTMs were immersed in direct networking with elite travel providers, including five-star hotel groups, destination management companies (DMCs), and national tourism boards.Queensland-based PTM Kerstin Rheinlander was one of the attendees and described the experience as unforgettable. “From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the calibre of exhibitors, the quality of conversations, and yes… the endless flow of Champagne that added a touch of sparkle to every connection. What an experience!”The TravelManagers delegation was also accompanied by members of the National Partnership Office (NPO), including Operations Manager Troy Coelho. Reflecting on the show’s success, Coelho said it was “a fantastic opportunity to strengthen relationships with luxury partners through the Signature Travel Network, discover emerging trends, and bring home fresh inspiration to elevate our clients’ travel experiences.”The strong presence of TravelManagers at ILTM 2025 underscores the company’s continued commitment to excellence in luxury travel. With representatives from multiple states—including QLD, NSW, VIC, and WA—the team demonstrated the breadth of talent and expertise across the organisation.
