Luxury travel veteran Rindala (Rin) Jensen has been confirmed as Travel Associate’s new Head of Operations, Queensland and New South Wales.
Jensen’s new role marks a significant step in the company’s strategic evolution as it continues to elevate its presence in the luxury travel market.
With nearly two decades of experience at Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG), Jensen brings a vault of expertise and a legacy of impactful leadership to Travel Associates. Most recently, she served as the National Operations Leader for Flight Centre Luxury and Round the World Travel.
“Rin’s journey from top novice to national leader has been nothing short of extraordinary,” said Travel Associates General Manager Rachel Kingswell.
“She’s consistently delivered exceptional commercial results, led Australia’s most profitable and improved teams, and driven performance globally — all while deeply investing in the people around her.”
Kingswell said that Jensen’s appointment reflects the brand’s commitment to operational excellence and long-term growth in the luxury travel segment.
“What sets Rin apart is her unwavering passion for luxury, her innate understanding of what defines a high-touch experience, and her ability to build cultures of excellence,” she continued. “Her leadership is a significant asset as we accelerate our vision for the brand.”
Meanwhile, Jensen expressed her enthusiasm for the role and its alignment with her professional values. “I’ve long admired the level of sophistication, integrity and personalisation that Travel Associates is known for,” she said. “To step into this role at such a pivotal point in the brand’s evolution is an honour.
“I’m passionate about creating environments where our people feel empowered, valued and inspired — because when our people thrive, our clients experience something truly extraordinary.”
Her appointment coincides with a wider transformation within Travel Associates’ leadership structure, including the creation of two new Head of Operations roles designed to support growth across Australia and New Zealand.
“We’re entering a new chapter of refinement, innovation and elevated service,” Kingswell said. “With leaders like Rin at the helm, I’m confident we will continue to not only set the standard in luxury, but redefine it as the luxury leaders.”
