Bookings are now open for Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai which will open within the striking Wasl Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road in October 2025.The new hotel will have 259 rooms and suites as well as 224 exclusive residences with unobstructed views of both the Arabian Gulf and the Dubai skyline.“Framed by the region’s tallest ceramic façade, the tower’s distinctive twisting form is accentuated by innovative fins that optimise airflow for natural cooling,” Mandarin Oriental said. “Redefining the city’s skyline, it integrates advanced energy-efficient technologies, setting a new standard for sustainable urban design.”

Complete with a rooftop helipad for arrivals, the hotel will also feature The Spa at Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai which will fuse ancient healing practices with cutting-edge wellness technologies and treatments. Spanning two floors, it offers a “holistic path to restoration”.Meanwhile, culinary connoisseurs can discover the 10 concepts and bars which span French, Chinese, Greek and Italian cuisines.
