Global tour operator Collette has announced the promotion of Samantha Tamba to the newly created role of Director of Field Sales – Australia & New Zealand, effective 1 September 2025.The move strengthens Collette’s National Sales Team and reflects the company’s ongoing investment in leadership development within its Australian operations.Previously serving as Collette’s Business Development Manager for Queensland and Northern New South Wales, Tamba brings a wealth of experience to her new role. Her background includes senior roles at Albatross, Insight Vacations, and Flight Centre, with a strong presence in both the Australian and New Zealand markets.“Samantha walks into this new role understanding the momentum Collette has in Australia and sees the opportunity ahead of us,” said Karen Deveson, Managing Director Australia.“It also speaks to our company’s commitment to supporting growth opportunities within the Collette team.
