Taumeasina Island Resort to open in Samoa

Taumeasina Island Resort, scheduled to open in May 2016, will be the newest in 4.5-star luxury in Samoa. The resort is situated on an exclusive island just 5 minutes’ drive outside of the capital city, Apia, and a 45-minute drive from the international airport.The resort will boast 80 hotel rooms, a mix of 25 two- and three-bedroom self-contained Villas and state-of-the-art resort facilities including: Business and Conference precinct, three restaurants, two bars, private beaches, resort pool, day spa, and land and water activities.Taumeasina Island Resort offers a range of venue options for meetings and conferences, and caters for groups as small as 10 or as many as 1000. The resort’s facilities will include a Business and Conference Centre with two breakout rooms and one ballroom with a capacity of 1000. Additionally, this room can be subdivided into three conference rooms holding up to 300 people each.
