The unveiling of its latest development, SIRO Roppongi, Tokyo marks a significant step in the expansion of Kerzner International Holdings’ active lifestyle brand, SIRO.The new hotel will be situated in Tokyo’s vibrant Roppongi district and is set to open in 2029.This announcement follows recent openings in Dubai and the upcoming launch of SIRO Boka Place in Montenegro.“SIRO is a trailblazer in the industry. We are the first hospitality brand to offer a truly holistic approach to sleep, fitness, recovery, nutrition, and mindfulness,” Senior Vice President of SIRO and Rare Finds Mattheos Georgiou said. “Our goal is to deliver a pioneering hotel experience designed for active lifestyles, allowing our guests to maintain peak performance when they travel for leisure or business.”

The SIRO Roppongi hotel will feature 100 guestrooms, a state-of-the-art Fitness Lab, and a Recovery Lab. Its location in central Tokyo, close to world-renowned art galleries and Michelin-starred restaurants, provides an ideal setting for the brand’s focus on health and wellness.Philippe Zuber, CEO of Kerzner International, underlined Japan’s significant strategic importance for the company and its brands. “We are firmly committed to our growth and presence within the country,” he said.He expressed pride in collaborating with Takenaka Corporation for the Tokyo expansion, emphasising Japan’s potential for further development in the hospitality and wellness sectors.
