Capella Hotel Group President Cristiano Rinaldi has stepped down after five years in the role, leaving behind a strategic vision to double the company’s hotel portfolio by 2030.During his tenure, the hospitality firm grew from four properties to 10, including Patina Hotels and Resorts.“He transformed what we know about leadership, hospitality and building something enduringly beautiful together,” the hotel company said in a tribute. “He saw potential in people and places, nurturing both to shine with their own unique light.”The slew of awards now under its belt is testament to the culture fostered by Rinaldi, it added, where “excellence flows from genuine care”.“Thank you, Cristiano, for showing us that extraordinary leadership is about how you make people feel. The best leaders don’t just leave footprints; they leave heart prints. You’ve left both,” the tribute continued.We wish you and your family all the best in your new journey. Thank you for everything you’ve built with us – the impact will be felt for years to come.”
