Bistro Guillaume is offering to take guests on the ultimate culinary journey to France this Bastille Day, 14 July. Diners can sit back in the iconic surrounds of Bistro Guillaume’s French provincial dining space as their tastebuds take flight with a three-course Bastille Day menu rich with French classics, plus delectable petit fours, tea and coffee.The exquisite menu has been expertly crafted by Head Chef, Robert Murphy and showcases favourites like French onion soup, twice-baked cheese soufflé, in-house smoked salmon or escargot persillade, and that’s just for entrée.For main, diners take their pick from Bistro Guillaume’s impeccable signature dish; leg of duck confit, or the char-grilled swordfish, Rangers Valley sirloin or mouth-watering rigatoni with braised lamb. Of course, tempting desserts are also offered, with a selection including lemon tart, profiteroles, vanilla crème brûlée or a pistachio soufflé.
