A new consumer campaign aims to further build on already strong sales for Constellation Journeys’ voyage through the British Isles and Iceland in partnership with Regent Seven Seas Cruises.The 18-day itinerary begins in London on 26 June 2026 and ends in Reykjavik with the voyage taking place aboard Seven Seas Grandeur.Founder and Managing Director Dan Kotzmann shared that two-thirds of Constellation’s allotment of suites are already booked, and that the company may look at securing additional capacity as required.

“We’re giving it a really solid push for a couple of weeks,” he told LATTE. “It’s already sold reasonably well. We’ve got about 30 suites in total that we’ve reserved on the ship, and we’ve sold about 20 or so at this stage.”Kotzmann attributed this solid performance to Constellation’s dedicated repeat clientele. “We’ve got really strong loyalty from a a lot of guests who come back and travel time and time again,” he said. “Many have booked through their agents.”Though the company has worked closely with Silversea over the years, this is its first collaboration with Regent. “This is really about the itinerary,” Kotzmann explained. “We are very careful to select the itinerary and the ports that we think work best for our type of client.”

In contrast to many of the expedition-style cruises in the UK that bypass major destinations, this journey includes iconic ports such as Liverpool, Belfast and Cork. “This one actually picks up some of the bigger cities,” he said. “It was a case of putting itinerary first, and it appears that we’ve picked the right route.”Community also plays a central role in Constellation’s appeal. “Our target market loves the idea of coming together with a community of like-minded travellers,” he explained. “We’ve got really strong loyalty from repeat customers. There are a lot of friendships that are formed.”The cruise also includes two nights in London before departure and one night in Reykjavik at the end, with five-star hotels included, as well as sightseeing – all hosted by the Constellation Journeys team. “We have a really high ratio of staff to guests,” Kotzmann added.

That team also accompanies travellers throughout the voyage. “They’re there to ensure the operational, logistical side of what we want to deliver,” he explained. “But they also act as their social host. Particularly the solos, they all come together, and if someone doesn’t have someone to have dinner with, they’ll have dinner with our team.”Interestingly, several guests have opted to extend their adventure. “Because this ends in Reykjavik, many guests have said that it would be great to explore more of the Arctic region,” he said. The company has consequently found a Silversea cruise aboard Silver Wind which departs Reykjavik the following day and goes across to Greenland. “We’ve now got quite a few guests who have added that on, and some new bookings from guests are taking the Arctic portion as a standalone trip.”For Constellation, it’s not about just selling a cruise, Kotzmann stressed. “You can go to any agent and buy a Regent cruise,” he said. “We add the layers that make it even more special.”
