Naïa Island Dubai, the new project from development firm Shamal Holdings, has been confirmed as the location of the region’s first Cheval Blanc maison.Scheduled to open in 2029, the LVMH hotel will offer an ultra-private escape on a serene island just off Jumeirah’s coastline, comprising 30 suites and 40 private pool villas, each designed in Cheval Blanc’s signature style. With seamless access to Dubai’s main roadways, Naïa Island is envisioned as a low-rise, green sanctuary that preserves the natural coastal terrain while providing uninterrupted views of the city’s skyline and the Arabian Gulf. The masterplan centres on open green spaces, a private marina and experiences that range from fine dining and wellness rituals to personalised lifestyle offerings.For Cheval Blanc, this expansion into Dubai reflects the brand’s global strategy of creating rare and refined destinations tailored to the world’s most discerning travellers. The maison’s aesthetic will be brought to life through architecture and interiors that honour the island’s landscape while offering a deeply immersive retreat.
