The appointment of Ben Brown as General Manager of Wild Bush Luxury comes as parent company Experience Co continues its expansion across Australia’s adventure tourism sector.Brown steps into the role with more than two decades of experience in nature-based and remote tourism. He will oversee Experience Co’s collection of immersive, conservation-focused lodges and walks including Arkaba in South Australia, Bamurru Plains in the Northern Territory and The Maria Island Walk in Tasmania.Previously General Manager of the company’s award-winning Maria Island Walk, Brown is recognised for his commitment to sustainability and storytelling. “Ben has taken the lead in attracting and training dynamic guiding teams and is passionate about embedding sustainability and storytelling into every guest journey,” the company said.

Alongside Brown, Jason Moore has been named General Manager of Reef Unlimited and Nicole van Niekerk joins as Head of Marketing.“We’re excited to have Jason, Ben and Nicole in their new roles. Each brings deep expertise and a fresh perspective that will be instrumental as Experience Co continues to grow our operations across Australia,” CEO John O’Sullivan said.“Their leadership will strengthen our ability to deliver exceptional experiences, from the reef to the outback and beyond.”The changes come as part of a broader strategy to position Experience Co at the forefront of experience-led travel, marking a “fresh chapter” for the business.
