Aman is set to unveil its newest coastal resort, Amanvari, on the untouched East Cape of Baja California, Mexico, in spring 2026. The 18-key resort and its collection of branded residences are located at the meeting point of three landscapes: beachfront, desert and estuary.

Guests can expect “organic,” contemporary design aesthetics. The accommodations—called Casitas—are set at an elevated height and offer views of the Sea of Cortez and the Sierra de la Laguna mountains. Aman Residences will follow suit, offering private spaces immersed in nature. Villas—complete with expansive private pools and generous courtyards—will have views across the Sea of Cortes or the estate’s Robert Trent Jones II-designed golf course.

Grounding the resort in local spirit, bespoke ceramics and original artworks by Mexican artisans will finish each space.

Dining venues on property will range from Italian to Japanese, alongside the “vibrant flavours and seasonal bounty” of Baja California. The Aman Spa will reflect the brand’s longevity-focused approach, complete with a contemporary interpretation of a temazcal, Aman’s signature Spa Houses, an open-air yoga pavilion and other tranquil spaces.

Amanvari will be located within Costa Palmas, a 1,500-acre private estate. Spaces and amenities here include 18 acres of organic orchards and farms, three miles of swimmable beach and a yacht club and deep-water marina. Guests can enjoy snorkelling, diving, hiking and sailing.

Amanvari will become Aman’s sixth in the Americas and Caribbean and is currently one of a “robust” pipeline of global developments, including Aman Beverly Hills, Aman Miami Beach and Amancaya, Bahamas.
