Guests will then head inland to the great Ashanti kingdom in Kumasi where they will attend an Akwasidae Festival.The journey ends with an exploration of the former Slave Coast, with its haunting European forts and slave trade legacy and a visit to Elmina’s infamous ‘Slave Castle’.
