Abercrombie & Kent has released a collection of Wellness-Inspired Luxury Small Group Journeys. Rooted in ancient traditions, these culturally immersive journeys in India, Southeast Asia, Kenya and Peru are expert-led and introduce traditional practices that foster mindfulness, health and wellbeing.The curated cultural journeys are highly experiential, with wellness components incorporated throughout and a slower pace that allows guests to fully appreciate the destination.“These new wellness-inspired Luxury Small Group Journeys are designed to enhance our guests’ wellbeing by connecting them to timeless traditions,” explains Abercrombie & Kent Vice President of Product Development Stefanie Schmudde. “That means a perfect balance of expertly led cultural experiences in luxurious A&K style that also nourish the mind, body and spirit.”Each journey features luxurious accommodations chosen by local A&K experts for amenities that promote relaxation and tranquillity.   • Wellness Southeast Asia: Timeless Rituals of Indochina A 13-day journey delving into the traditions of Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam. Priced from US$8,995 and operating 9–21 October and 30 October–11 November 2019.
  • Wellness Kenya: Cultures & Wildlife A nine-day exploration of Kenya’s Maasai Mara and Tsavo National Park, including a hike through the Chyulu Hills and warrior training from the Maasai. Priced from US$10,995 and operating 20–28 October and 29 October–6 November 2019.
  • Wellness Peru: Spirit of the Incas Over 10 days, explore the Sacred Valley, Cusco and Machu Picchu. Discover local traditions in a remote mountainside village and working farm. Learn about ayahuasca, a traditional medicine from the Amazon; kayak in a secluded lagoon 12,464 feet above sea level; and hike up Huayna Picchu for a bird’s-eye view of Machu Picchu.
