Accor has revealed plans to expand the footprint of the Art Series Hotel collection with a new hotel address at 900 Hay Street, Perth. It will be the brand’s first Art Series hotel in Western Australia.On track to open in October 2019, the yet-to-be-named 250-room property will draw inspiration from its incoming namesake artist, with custom contemporary furnishings and original artworks and prints adorning the walls and halls of the hotel. The art-inspired hotel will also be home to a chic new international food and beverage destination, serving Mediterranean cuisine and the city’s best cocktails.The ninth Art Series hotel for the brand will be located in the CBD within a 27-storey hotel tower being developed by George Atzmeis which has been under construction since November 2017.The hotel is currently undergoing an extensive internal fit-out.Further details, including the hotel’s namesake artist, will be released soon.The Art Series portfolio includes Melbourne hotels The Olsen, South Yarra; The Blackman, St Kilda Road; The Cullen, Prahan; The Larwill, Parkville; The Chen, Box Hill; The Watson in Walkerville, South Australia; and The Johnson and The Fantauzzo in Brisbane, Queensland.See artserieshotels.com.au
