Executive Chef Chase Kojima has launched a new dining experience at Kiyomi at The Star Gold Coast this October. Omakase has been developed by Chase and his team to create the ultimate Japanese degustation experience, with a menu offering more than 18 courses with a selection of expertly matched sake and wines.
Kiyomi is an award-winning restaurant that has long been a favourite culinary destination on the Gold Coast, offering diners a modern yet authentic taste of Tokyo and the chance to taste truly innovative food.Omakase will be held at Kiyomi for three more nights on 17, 24 and 31 October at a cost of $225 per person.
