Recently, Dorchester Collection‘s teams at Le Meurice and Hotel Plaza Athénée in Paris devised the #ParisDCchallenge, calling on select travel advisors around the world to make requests on anything they wanted to discover in the city, or any secrets the luxury DC Parisian Palaces could share.Tina Killeen, General Manager of Spencer Travel, rose to the challenge and asked the team what their favourite signature cocktail was at both hotels? The team chose the Rossini cocktail because of the irresistible mix of passion summer, champagne and fresh strawberry puree. Their request was met with the following video all the way from Paris. Killeen loved the challenge so much she invited Dorchester Collection’s Regional Sales Director, Parris Fotias, to the Spencer Travel offices in Mascot so they could recreate the Rossini for the team. Both Le Meurice and Hotel Plaza Athénée in Paris reopened to guests following a coronavirus pause on 1 September 2020.
